About this House

This location is so convenient - right off the 101 and the 60. The grassy backyard has an RV gate and a pebble tec pool which is so inviting to look at and relax in. The house has been redone to include new interior and exterior doors and new flooring in the bedrooms. There is no carpet in the home. Enjoy the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a gas stove. The kitchen cabinets have pull-out drawers. There is an attached 2 car garage and plenty of parking on the driveway which has an extra concrete slab. The house has dual pane windows. Nearby there is a really nice City of Tempe park which has a large playground. This is a pet friendly property. We do not charge pet rent or an extra deposit. We provide lawn care and pool maintenance. We are flexible on the length of the lease. There is a washer/dryer hook-up and we will provide a washer and dryer if the renter does not have their own to bring to the property.

Tenant pays for all utilities. Landlord provides lawn care and pool maintenance.
