Convenient to everything in town, just a few blocks from Fred Meyer in a friendly family neighborhood. Hardwood floors have been sanded and refinished, whole interior painted creamy white, both bathrooms are fully renovated tastefully, complete with new tile floors, vanities, new toilets, herringbone accent tile in the shower/bath. French door with sidelight take you to the large fenced yard with concrete patio. The attached garage has nice south-facing garage door plus a window. Laundry hook-ups in laundry room. Stackable washer/dryer would work best. Large living room with big picture window and fireplace. Kitchen is adorable mid-century retro, has a bar counter with recessed lighting above, and a large eat-in dining area as well. Detached garage is used as owner's storage, accessible from the alley. No smoking and no pets.
