"Every couple months a crew comes and tears up the intersection at one end of my block for a few months. Eventually they fix it, but a couple months later they come back. This has been happening for two years now. "
  • Teresa Elliott
"Great neighborhood… concerned, connected, helpful, friendly people. Beautiful homes, gardens and yard. Minimal traffic. Convenient and quality shopping and dining opportunities. Numerous private and public school options. Abundant religious options throughout the community."

"The wildlife and great neighbors. I have lived here for 3o years and love it. It is quiet, safe and a great sense of community."
  • Julieahoolan
"Lots of dog friendly patios and white rock lake for walking your dog. Extremely dog friendly area to live in! "
  • Yailenpinales7
"Dog owners would not like this area bc it’s very unsafe to go on walks I was shot a couple months ago, It’s not safe "
  • Trulia User
"It’s central to everything. Seven minutes to downtown Dallas, 3 to 5 minutes to lower Greenville five minutes to central expressway and the highways. It’s pretty ideal."
  • Scott
"If you don’t like walking your dog on a leash to you’ll fit right in around here. It’s not great because people like hauling it down side streets to avoid the constant construction that slows down the larger streets around here. But at least if your dog gets hit by a car it will probably die quickly thanks to the speed that people are driving. "
  • Neomi Balderas
"There is a great walking trail in the neighborhood and a park. I’ve heard the elementary school is very good. It’s nice to see a lot of parents walking their kids to school. "
  • Kristy Waters
"Close to major downtown arts and sports. Very walkable. I walk to the grocery store, park, restaurants. "
  • Simeon Bauer
"Good neighborhood . Well lit. Low crime. Nice houses although housing prices are high. Close to many synagogues "
  • Trulia User
"I love it here. Best location in Dallas! Close to everything. It’s quiet but the people are nosey but I guess that’s a good thing."
  • Roger.aramirez
"Access to many restaurants that share county limits to Addison and Farmers branch and Richardson within less than 5 mins."
  • Addie Taylor
"Older established area between a public and private golf courses. Parks nearby. Quaint historic area’s "
  • Gv7f2x82f6
"Minimal sidewalks. High traffic area. Depends on what side of the street Audelia you are on. I use to babysit over here and you typically have to drive everywhere. "
  • May Judd
"Easy to get to downtown, deep ellum, 75, Greenville Ave, and Lover’s Lane, white Rock Lake and Highland Park, its totally understandable why property in this neighborhood is so expensive. Great place to live!"
  • Loren214
"I’ve loaded in the neighborhood for over five years and have enjoyed the quiet and the friendly neighbors"
  • Christopher Dieyi
"There are lots of other dog owners in the area so very easy to make friends and arrange play dates. "
  • Rubin Varghese
"Not a lot of kids in the area, parks are sparse, lots of lower income housing I wish the sidewalks were better maintained for taking walks than neighborhood. "
  • Santiago Lopez
"Loose dogs wondering around. Dogs eat trash that homeless people leave on the streets. Homeless people walk around "
  • Trulia User
"their are no neighbors hood events that go on but it's a nice a place to live and get catch life itself "
  • Trulia User
"You will 70% step on poop. Living in an apartment complex, there are plenty of owners who will allow their dog to defecate, pee and throw up in elevators and stairs. Irresponsible owners and sometimes untamed/unsocialized dogs. I would beware of coyotes and keep an eye out for scraps left by homeless people near the transit. "
  • Trulia User
"Very pet friendly. Sometimes people don’t pick up after their dogs which is annoying. For the most part they do tho"
  • Trulia User
"lots of events hapoen here, community bar hops, farmer market and art market pop ups, lots of stores are local and friendly. there are lots of authentic Mexican food restaurants."
  • Trulia User
"My neighborhood is near everything. It’s 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, including parking. Major hospitals are close as are grocery stores, theaters and public transportation."
  • Trulia User
"Not family-friendly. This is oak cliff, not the suburbs. Make no mistake. It’s a great area for adults, it’s terrible for families. "
  • Trulia User
"Park place fall events, great neighbors, and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and super markets. "
  • Trulia User
"I am in sales and cannot remember every neighborhood I visit. Look for great lighting at night. I was there during the day. "
  • Trulia User
"I've lived at Cambridge Park Condos for almost 4 years and I really like it. It's a gated community and we've never had any issues here. Neighbors r also friendly."
  • Trulia User
"this area is very dangerous you hear guns shot's every weekend I have been shooting and this house me staying here thank God was everyone at sleep "
  • Trulia User
"Relatively bicycle friendly, but the biking destinations have no locking facility. Jogging/running is great in the area, plenty of safe routes. The blocks are mostly kid-safe, but lots of street parking. "
  • Trulia User
