Beautiful home on 3 acres in a very nice area of Hernando. Just outside of city limits. Excellent school systems. The house has new commercial grade vinyl plank floors throughout the house. Very nice layout. The master bedroom has a office space. The master bath has a large soaker tub. A porch was added on the back of the home 12x40. A covered porch was added to the front of the home 8x76. A new garage with concrete floor was added recently with power and water, 30x50. There is a free standing carport that is 28x20. Plenty of room for 2 vehicles with doors open on both sides. You will not find a nicer home in Hernando at this price point.

"It’s becoming far too over grown. Doesn’t have infrastructure in place to support the growth. It no longer has the small town community feel... with the growth is coming an increase in the crime rate. "
