The half bathroom is located on the first floor next to the kitchen. The property is also located a street over from Weber elementary school

The backyard is full fenced off and there is a fence that separates it from the other side of the duplex for privacy and pet use. There is room for three cars behind the house next to the alley for off street parking. The parking spaces are have been covered with fresh gravel.

Energy efficient windows have been installed 8 years ago and the entire apartments has been repainted from top to bottom including the basement. The basement windows have just been replaced with block glass.

Pets are okay with a monthly pet fee and a one-time non-refundable pet deposit. The rent does not includes utilities however owners will take care of the lawncare.

German village is very fun and exciting area to live in, plenty of restaurants and parks to spend your time walking your dog through. "
