"On the water with the city to one side and farms to the other. Best schools. Convenient access to Rts. 50, 301, 97 & the Bay Bridge. 30-35 mins to Balt & DC. Some people have lived in Riva for 50+ years. Many people that live in Riva, grew up here and are now raising their own children here!"

"Annapolis landing is a great location in many regards. The neighborhood is consistent and offers water access and boat slips to the home owners to enjoy the South river and various other tributaries. In addition it's a great location for commuting to DC, Baltimore or Columbia and in a location where you tend to not have to worry about traffic bottle necking. Located just enough off the grid from major shopping, though all the shopping you could ever ask for is within a 5 minute drive. Lastly there are some great waterside restaurants that are within a 5 to 10 minute boat ride from the community marina which make for an added adventure for entertaining family and friends. "
