About this House

This is a very unique building with historic charm in the heart of Somers, Montana. There is nothing else like it. The St. Anne's church was built in 1906 and converted to a 4 Unit apartment building in the late 1990's.

Unit A is the actual church space with soaring 26' foot ceilings and over 1800 square feet of living space. Technically this is a "studio" as there is no enclosed bedrooms but with over 2000 square feet is can be configured in a number of different ways.

There is a gated back yard for use by all tenants. There are 3 other units (another studio and two, large one bedrooms) attached to the property as well with mature, quiet and respectful tenants. We are looking for the same type of tenant. Pets are negotiable on a case by case basis. Available September 1, 2026.

No short term tenants. 1 year lease only.
