  • Mceva Miller
"Dollar stroll on Baltimore ave near university city. A lot of vendors alway the city to sample their products. Delicious and fun. "
  • Trulia User
"When it comes to walking dogs there’s no grass so my dog barely ever wants to go on walks. There’s also a lot of broken glass in the few grassy areas."
  • Christina_poulson
" Keep your kids in the, house mind your business. Be careful stay alert it’s nowhere to park there are no farmers market around in the area "
  • Trulia User
"The street I live on is quiet. Its not many children on this street. There. is plenty of buses and trolleys. "

"There’s a park 2 blocks away for you to take you animals to run and children to play . As well as adults having a walk or run or even play tennis or have a barbecue "

"This neighborhood could be a great neighborhood again! I lived in this area for 7 years now and it has gotten worst but that’s not just this neighborhood! It’s the whole Philly neighborhood "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of stuff people around and dog walking daily. Just a lot of good dogs. Dog friendly neighborhood."
  • Trulia User
"Easy access to busses & trolly. All in walking distance. I drive so it takes me 15 minutes to get to work"
  • Trulia User
"It’s clean and safe to live and some schools are good and the parks are great to take your kids at to play. "
  • Trulia User
"They would like the fact that there’s a park right down the street. Other dogs and people enjoy the area as well "
  • Trulia User
"I drive. It's a race track for inexperienced drivers who all have a be first attitude. Littered with rim wrecking pot holes and tire puncturing debri. They dig up streets and leave the ditches for months / years. Parking is unreliable and permits are needed to keep your car from being ticketed on the street you actually live on. It's a 3 out of 10. "
  • Trulia User
"I've lived in this neighborhood my entire life,it's a great area to live in and it's only getting better."
  • Trulia User
"I've lived in this area for 12 years. The neighborhood has changed a lot and is now very noisy and full of litter. Many new renters and section 8 properties. Loud music and arguments from windows, cars and outside on the street until all hours. "
  • Trulia User
"Where I live, all dogs are welcomed. I have a dog park near by so my dog enjoys walks to the park. My dog and I don’t have any issues, with other dog owners."
  • Trulia User
"most of the neighbors have been here 20 to 30 years it's a very clean area where I live at but we have to also remember to be safe wherever we live"
  • Trulia User
"A few people in the area have a passion for fireworks that gets a little out of hand and runs its course from mid May to early August."
  • Trulia User
"It's a great neighborhood family friendly for the part clean. In this little community neighbors take care of neighbors from lawn care, car services, handy work and street cleaning👌💯"
  • NikkiCrenshaw
"my Best friend has great access to the neighborhood transportation the public transit runs frequently "
