Washer/dryer access is included and also located on the 2nd floor. Shared common areas include the living room, kitchen, and dining area. One other person will be living on a separate floor (3rd floor).

Utilities will be $100/person (internet, electric, water and gas).

This is a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms townhouse in the highly sought-after Germantown Estates community. Perfectly situated in a prime location, you'll enjoy the convenience of nearby parks, shopping, dining, and commuter routes. Enjoy community pool & club house, close to Germantown Towne Center, Mongomery College, hospital, and an easy access to I-270.

Enjoy the entire second floor of this beautiful townhome all to yourself! The second floor consists of two small bedrooms and a private, full bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the second floor which you are allowed full access to. The common areas that will be shared with one other housemate include the laundry room and the entire first floor (living room, dining area, and kitchen). There is free parking throughout the entire neighborhood and there is always ample parking spaces available. Access to the community pool will also be available! No pets or smoking allowed. There may be one cat living within the property. Utilities will be $100 a month.

I’ve met some of my neighbors. They seem very nice & pleasant. I like the fact the main trash days are twice per week, and recycle trash is once a week. Groundskeepers maintain the neighborhoods. Area is very quite. You can walk your dog at any time day or night. There’s plenty of lightning around the area as well. "
