Great neighbourhood and very hot right now.

The house is bright all day long. Upgrades include all new appliances, sink and countertops in the kitchen, including an induction stove and full-sized dishwasher. The upstairs has refinished hardwood floors throughout, two bedrooms, and french doors that open up to a deck for indoor/outdoor living. The upstairs full bathroom has been upgraded with top of the line fixtures and there is new LED lighting throughout the house. New ceiling fans have been installed in the bedrooms.

Downstairs includes a spacious second living room/den and a newly remodeled master suite with large double closets and a spacious, modern bathroom. It is recently carpeted, has tons of storage, a big laundry room, washer and new steam dryer, and a cold storage. The house comes with a new thermostat adjustable evaporative (swamp) cooler for summer that is on the roof- this works better than air conditioning and is inexpensive to cool the entire house.

The landscape designer used to work at the Denver Botanic Gardens. There are new exterior lights, new insulated exterior and storm doors, and there is a new professionally designed and installed flagstone patio. The house and garage have been freshly painted inside and out. The car comes with a two-car garage and there is also ample street parking.

No pets are preferred but a small well-behaved dog would be considered. Utilities not included.
