I don't think the school adresses bullying as it should be. NOONE is educated enough to care for kids with disabilities and/or disorders. And if you don't have money to put into the school you don't matter. Some teachers are there bc they are passionate about about teaching and care for their students actually love their career, and sadly most are there bc it's a paycheck.
