The house is located just under a mile (a 20-minute walk) from the nearest MARTA station and less than five miles from the Atlanta Airport (less than a 15 minute drive or 20 minutes by public transport). Despite our close proximity to the airport, we are not under the flight path and don't get much airplane noise.

Tenant pays utilities. Sorry, no pets.

The Tri-Cities (EP, College Park and Hapeville) area has a growing variety of local businesses -- restaurants such as Oz Pizza, Eat My Biscuits, Folk Art Hapeville, art spaces and more.
