House also includes a bonus room in basement currently being used as 4th guest bedroom with full 2nd bathroom adjacent! Basement is also finished with closet storage and family room area.

Tenant will pay for utilities, infrastructure for Fiber Optic internet in place.
Owner will take care of annual maintenance requirements to include septic system pump out and inspection as well as annual water filter system maintenance. Is dog friendly, but on case-by-case basis.

Date Available: July 5th 2026, $2,500/month rent. $3,000 security deposit required. Additional monthly fee will be required for dogs. Non-refundable application fee/background check of $35 is required. Background check will be conducted on potential tenants and must be able to show proof of gross income of 2.5 times monthly rent. Minimum credit rating of 600 is also required.
