"Easy to walk, the streets are flat. Each street ends in a cul de sac. There is only one way in and one way out. Also a popular neighborhood for Trick or Treaters for the same reasons. "

"Small yards, not ideal for animals that need a lot of exercise if owners relies on fenced in area. It’s a pet friendly neighborhood and leashes are required. I’m not sure if the HOA has breed restrictions. "
