Description

You wouldn’t know it was 100+ years old when you walk in! Originally had window units (reason for the little windows in the living room and master bedroom) but we had a central unit installed spring 2020 when we remodeled the house. There is a gas heater in the hallway in case power goes out (saved us in February when we had that ice storm). All appliances except the washer and dryer stay with the house. Cooktop and dishwasher are 1.5 years old. Gas hot water heater is 3 years old. Fenced in backyard. Brand new roof put on 12/10/21. 12x24 shed stays with the house.

House is being sold AS IS. We will not be making any additional adjustments to the property.
