This is a unique 2 bed, 2bath, that is a stand-alone residence inside a large barn (Unit A with the turkey mailbox) on a few acres within the Fairfield city limits. The unit has a huge laundry room with hookups and a small and private patio/yard area. A dog may be negotiable with increased rent/security deposit, but they must be a good fit as there are children, dogs, cats, and chickens on the property. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. This is a special unit on the property of the owners. Asking $2275/month and includes water/sewer/garbage and up to $200/month electric. Tenant pays gas. New HVAC and dishwasher. $3500 deposit. KI Jones elementary neighborhood. Prefer a year lease but may consider shorter term.

This is not the main house that is for rent. This unit is in the barn (#A). Do not disturb occupants of the main house

No smoking allowed anywhere on the property or near the residence.

Prefer no pets, but will consider dog with increased rent/deposit TBD

Must like listening to chickens (and now a young rooster) as well as OK with a pushy barn cat that thinks she owns the home. There are also wild turkeys on the property that can be noisy.

Tenant pays for gas and landlord will credit $200/month in electric. Any usage over that will be billed to tenant.
