Welcome to Wesmere. A gated community in the middle of central Florida's top amenities. This home has 3 bedrooms and an office that can be used as a fourth bedroom. Two and a half bathrooms, with one of the bathrooms inside the main bedroom.

All interior walls are now painted white, these photos are from last year and will be updated soon.

House has tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and vinyl flooring in the bedrooms and living space, therefore, no carpeting anywhere.

All appliances included.

Fenced in back yard, with quiet parking in the driveway and the two-car garage.

The neighborhood has two playgrounds, a large community swimming pool, a basketball court, three tennis courts, two pickelball courts, two lakes, plenty of green space, and tree lined streets.

This is a non smoking house. We accept all credit scores, with lower scores resulting in slightly higher rent.

Included in the rent is high speed wi-fi internet, cable TV, and trash pick-up. Electricity and water are separate. Lawn service is not included. You can mow the yard, or I can arrange for a lawn service company.
