5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son Vincent went to Russo from Kinder to 5th grade. He loved all his teachers & so did we. Ms. Collins was his favorite. They have young & passionate teachers & staff. The principal cares alot! She is always visible throughout the campus, making sure it's safe & secure. The school gots great program's for student's. Two after school program's, one for all student's, one for sporting activities. The coach even signed up with a league to compete with other schools in district. The school fundraiser brings in thousands of dollers every year. Raised by the kids & parents for fild trips & seasonal events. Students are given husky bucks with there name on it for helping & following rules, then principle would pick out three & give prizes out every other Friday. "I’ve lived in my street on Alumrock/ foothills area for over 10 years and my neighbors are mostly retired couples whom are very kind and friendly people. We have had recent people sell their house, and very nice younger people have moved in. And I love it. My street is very quiet, and I really enjoy it. "

"Amazing 15 minutes commutes (with bumper to bumper traffic!) to workplace near Brokaw Rd. That’s 30 minutes round trip (at most) per workday. I highly suggest to live in the Alum Rock-East Foothills neighborhood, as it’s strategically located to be close to work in North San Jose and let you be near family that lives in South San Jose."
