We have a thorough application process that includes a credit check, background check, and past rental verification. Anyone 18 older who will be residing in the home needs to fill out an application.     "Growing up in Fairborn is like no other place. It’s three or four cities in a population of 34000 give or take. In the middle of town it’s a typical Midwest town and values. It’s a military town, with Wright-Patterson AFB. It was nothing growing up and going to someone else’s parents and one their parents could be of any nationality. So, you learn different cultures. Finally, the people from Appalachia. Like my parents. Following the factory and Air Force jobs from the mountains of Appalachia. So, Fairborn is a great place to raise your children."
