The main level is rounded out with a half bath / powder room, ample storage and closet space and an easily accessible, spacious laundry room equipped with a new, high efficiency Samsung Washer and Dryer set.

Valley View's separate lower level consists of a media / game room with 9' ceilings and a bonus / bedroom.
