The dining room measures 13.5' x 13.5' and is perfect for entertaining. The wrap around balcony is an ideal spot for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Gorgeous natural woods complement the interior design of this warm home. There are open beam and wood plank ceilings in the living room. This area measures 18' x 16'. At the heart of the living room a built-in bookcase and old world craftsman mantle encase the brick gas log fireplace, a perfect spot to cozy-by. The hallway bathroom has a shower over tiled bathtub enclosure, linen closet, and medicine cabinet at the sink vanity. On either side of the bathroom are the two bedrooms with hardwood floors and built-in closets. One bedroom has an extended sitting or changing area. It measures 16' X 11'. The other bedroom has access to the balcony and breathtaking views. It measures 16' x 12'. This Carmel home offers convenient access to Highway One and downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea.     "Carmel Woods is set high enough above sea level that I can see peeks of the ocean at carmel beach. The trees are hundreds of feet TALL, & pruned to be bare, stripped of mud-length branches—prehistoric in appearance. The neighbors are all isolated and hardly social. I have never gotten beyond small talk in the 3 yrs of living here. Pollen is extremely allergenic, even in me, who is not allergic. Quiet street, to a fault. "
