"I feel safe to live here. Most people take care of their homes and lawns. Our kids play outside everyday without worry. Most people are very friendly and look out for eachother. The only thing I can say negatively is there’s ALOT of stray cats that climb all over our cars and do their business in our yards. "
  • Trulia User
"I been living here for 2 years and I would say there is a lot of stuff that could be better. People are really quiet. Transportation are not working here."
  • Rodrgz.kevin

  • Babylatina517
"I love the fair, halloween. The 4t of July . I love that they celebrate the seasons. Everyone comes together."
  • Magdyven
"More dog parks and ensuring that people that uses the parks pick up after their dogs. They should had dog stations where they provide bags and can to disposed the poop. "
  • Enya Farmer
"I usually commute by car. Takes about 25 minutes to get to anywhere good honestly. Nothing out here but houses "
  • Dawn Waters
"I’m not aware of that many community events, however, we recently have a beautiful brand new mall right off Marigold and I’m very excited about this."
  • Mirna Santiago
"Poinciana is starting to grow now, it’s a really nice place to live now the traffic is on another level . "
  • Jeanine
"I’ve lived in this area for approximately 2 1/2 years. I feel safe here and it’s affordable for me. I’m not aware of any community events in my area unfortunately. I know there’s a community center nearby and they just opened a new shopping mall, no grand opening or anything."
  • Jeanine
"I think there’s some sections In Poinciana there a little older like 2530 years old where the properties need to be better kept. But you get a good bank for the buck in this area in terms of rent or even housing prices. The infrastructure has not been able to keep up with the rate of development with apartments and condos around here so traffic is just the worst."
  • Francielydelaya27
"People don’t have respect they come inside my private property and there should be something that the town can do to make that stop "
  • C.sepulveda987
"Commute is horrendous in Poinciana. The “ Poinciana highway “ should be FREE, it was BEEN paid for time and time again. Desperately need honest and community-focused leadership yesteryear!"
  • Trulia User
"To much population, the traffic is insane, to much accidents, a lot of burglary and breaking in cars "
  • Jonathan M.
"This neighborhood is very quiet no crime or noise complaints. I love it out here. I’ve been out here for over 2 years and I can say it feel like home to me. I don’t want to leave this area. "
  • C.sepulveda987
"A small town with big city feel. Traffic is an issue, but it’s still have a country feel. Everything is far so you’ll have a reason to go out. A place you can call home with a lot more elbow room than the city. "
  • Gloria M.
"Very quiet place to live in peace. Nobody bothers you. No bothers from the neighbors and safe community. The school’s are pretty good. I have 5 grandchildren who attend school in the neighborhood and never have any problems with them. "
  • Kim C.
"Use the poincianna parkway that is the fastest and safest way out to get to Kissimmee or Orlando. Shopping mall about 10 min away "
  • Pilar
"As a dog owner, thinking in been always responsable, I take my dog out for walks, mine is adopted and is 7. The first thing I bought before my dog got to my house was bags for the poop of my dog. People don't pick theirs and is horrible. "
  • Magdy V. V.
"They should had garbage cans and bags for the poops. Poinciana is one of the largest homeowners association and I think they can afford it. "
  • Danielturner0208
