The master suite has a fireplace and the master bath has garden tub, shower and walk in tub. Other features include custom cabinets, moldings and wainscoting, wet bar, elevator, 3 car garage and security system. A new roof was installed in 2018 along with two new water heaters. The outside areas include covered terrace, patio and pool, hot tub and pool house. The home is nestled in a pecan orchard and the grounds feature azaleas, camellias, and ancient live oaks. The home site is the original site of Rosenwick Plantation house and the original barn and pack house are included and in good condition. Rosenwick Plantation was significant for being the first farm to grow tobacco in South Carolina.  Frank Mandeville Rogers Sr. experimented growing tobacco on the plantation in 1885 as a more profitable alternative to cotton.  The profitability of growing tobacco instead of cotton was a great success and was significant because it allowed smaller farmers and sharecroppers to be able to prosper without owning large tracts or plantations.  Rogers also developed the "Off The Stem" method of curing tobacco which greatly increased the quality of the tobacco leaf. Pecan orchard produces on average 3000 pounds of pecans per year.
