"Overall living here has been very convienent and helpful towrds my living situation here in springfield. I have had no issues with any form of management since living here and always find my help request solved in a quick manner. They are also very good about giving a heads up before they enter, whether that be for pest control or just doing a quick inspection. outside of the feel of the place all of the amenities of the apartment are great no complaints at all. I also enjoy the pool and believe it is always in a clean and useable state for the summer!"

"I've lived at Stoneridge for seven years. It's a great, quiet location and our current property manager is always on top of things. It does take a very long time to have maintenance issues addressed. I do enjoy living here!"

"I love this neighborhood! You get to know your neighbors as friends and it has a very small town feel. I am really excited for the new Grant Street revitalization project to add a coffee shop and food truck park just a block down the street. We love our little neighborhood! "

"There are a lot of areas to walk your pets in. Many areas are covered in grass with several parks and schools if your pet doesn't get along with children you would need to avoid them. Bring a plastic bag for pet waste.because neighborhood requires you pick up your pets waste and throw it away. "
