There is plenty of storage throughout the unit. The washer was replaced 2 years ago and the dryer has been replaced a month ago. New HVAC unit installed a couple of year ago. Direct access to the attached garage. Additional loft can be used as an office, playroom for kids or an additional bedroom.
Community has Heated pool, Clubhouse, Library, Theater, Pub and fitness Center. Across the street from UC Medical.

The rent will cover garbage and water-tenant responsible for the rest. No smoking allowed on the premises. One small dog allowed but would need pre-approval. Pet fee would be a non-refundable one-time deposit of $150 and an additional $50 per month.

    "Make sure your house or apartment does not have lead paint and everything is up to code before you move in. Everyone I’ve met so far has been extremely friendly. Sometimes living in Corryville can be slightly noisy due to living near a college campus, a level 1 trauma center (with a helipad that does frequent runs), and an active fire department."

    "I hear there are areas of Clifton that are bad. I live on Jefferson. If you do not know where that is, Ludlow becomes Jefferson after you pass skyline going toward the hospitals. No issues in this area. Everything is perfect. I have seen female students walk down this street in the we hours of the morning on many occasions. That’s how safe it is. Very eclectic and diversified. I dread having to leave here one day."
