Up for rent is a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. It has new carpeting and has just been freshly painted. You may install your own washer and dryer in the basement if needed. It Has a full basement, driveway and nice backyard which is shared with the first floor tenant. It is also close to major transportation as well as a middle and high school. As well as too two shopping centers. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Owner pays for trash and sewer. Tenant responsible for electric, gas and water.
Credit history check required. Minimum scores 600 and SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY.
Prior to signing a lease and move in - First and Last month's rent and security must be paid in full. (Totaling 3 months). Must have 3 months proof of income for a minimum of $2,500 per month after taxes if 2 people will be on the lease, they may combine incomes and social security and/or pensions do count as monthly income. If you do not have the minimum monthly income you may use a cosigner, in such a case please have your cosigner contact us.
2) Each person who will be moving in and over 18 must fill out their own application.
3) Each application has a nonrefundable $45 processing fee.

    "The neighborhood has potential. It’s close to transit and shopping. The homes are nice sized. The garages are too small for an auto to fit in and are mainly used for storage. People just don’t clean their properties as they should. There is often trash and debris along with animal feces from pet owners that don’t pick up. That reflects on the neighborhood negatively."

    "As far as I know there hasn't been any kind of events. There is hardly any parking due to cars that has been left on the street since 2015 and 2017. Trash isn't collected but once every other week. The driveway has tremendous huge holes and alot of trash. "
