Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including hallways and common spaces, unless otherwise specified in the lease.
Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly units with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and applicable fees or deposits.
Parking spaces are assigned but limited and must be used only by registered vehicles. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.

We are in a perfect area where we live towards the end of a cup-de-sac and have a tanning salon, nail salon, several eateries, a pub and a great daycare within a 2 min walk. Side walks are well maintained, safe place for our young family to grow up. "

    "4th of July parade is a huge event right down Kent rd. There is fun for the whole family and is highly entertaining to watch. Favorites are the Stow-Monroe marching band, the many churches in the area and all the different police departments and fire departments from neighboring towns that get involved. We’ve lived in Stow for 2yrs and have attended it every time. "
