An incidental fee of $100 will be charged at the front desk during check-in. The unit design and style may vary, and the unit floor level and floor plan may also vary. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and will pass ID verification upon arrival at the front desk. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and staff will greet guests on arrival. If planning to arrive after 8:00 PM, contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $200 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. Pets are not allowed.

    "I lived here from around April of 2013 to Feb of 2014 (they let me out of my lease early because of work...which is awesome because i wouldn't have been able to take the job otherwise). I LOVED it! It was in a great location in Branson and it did not have any hint of bad traffic surrounding it despite it's location. The staff was great, they always fixed things right away. Yes they are picky about who the accept to live there and I'm ok with that because that means I'm safer in the long run. The only thing that I was upset about was the fact that they didn't allow pit bulls. They DO allow dogs, don't get me wrong, just not pit bulls. And I was obviously upset about having to give away my puppy after just getting him. But, that's my fault for not asking. Anyway, great place to live would def recommend!! Clean, new, beautiful, great gym & pool..."
