The primary bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom. The primary and secondary bedroom can fit queen beds plus additional furniture while the third bedroom can fit a full bed plus furniture and includes a skylight. A thermostat in the hallway controls the baseboard heating throughout the apartment. Tenants are allowed to install AC units in each room if so desired during the warmer months.

Hot water included in the rent. Tenant pays for all other utilities (cooking gas, electricity, cable, internet).
