Located on the top floor of a three-family townhouse in Flatbush, this floor-through 3BR/2BA contains multiple closets throughout the apartment (one in each bedroom, one in the hallway and one in the living room, a large kitchen, a massive living room area that can hold a dining table and any type of furniture you may have. The primary bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom. The primary and secondary bedroom can fit queen beds plus additional furniture while the third bedroom can fit a full bed plus furniture and includes a skylight. A thermostat in the hallway controls the baseboard heating throughout the apartment. Tenants are allowed to install AC units in each room if so desired during the warmer months.

Hot water included in the rent. Tenant pays for all other utilities (cooking gas, electricity, cable, internet).
