Description
There are seriously too many exceptional sides of this home to give it justice in these remarks. You'll simply need to schedule an appointment and come take a look. Let's start with the pool. It gorgeous! The entire pool patio area is amazing. Then there is the inground gas fire pit, the built-in seating, the amazing park like yard, the huge deck of the primary room, the huge covered patio, the pool changing rooms. But I don't want the inside to go unmentioned. The living space has beautiful millwork and architectural design. The rooms are large and could host lots of guests. The home has a wonderful flow and allows both lots of entertainment area and private TV areas. There is access to the back yard from both the kitchen eat in area (they just added that door) and the upstairs family/ TV room (you get two of those). Now the bones.... new roof, new smart halo LED lights and or dimmable LED light in almost every space. Smart rolling blinds, new garage doors and new smart door openers, new windows, new pool heater and 2" Gas line, new pool rolling cover, new tankless water heater, new appliances. The sellers have invested so much time and money into this home but now need to move. I seriously want this house it's fabulous!
