"Nice houses and people with plenty of parks and trails for walking after dinner. The schools are questionable however. It is close enough to midtown atlanta and shopping is convenient. The closet Costco is less than 30 min "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 3 years. There are many pros and many cons. I know a handful of my neighbors and most have lived here for a long time. My neighbors have looked out for my house when not necessary. My neighborhood throws parties and all are welcome. We have a TON of horrific potholes. People drive very erratically and blow through clearly marked stop signs. I would worry if I had kids for them to play in the street because of this. Our house was attempted to be broken into and luckily scared off by my husband pulling into the garage at the exact moment on Christmas Eve. The cops never came to file a report despite my husband seeing the suspects. We hear gunshots in the close distance frequently. "
