I have a room for rent in Tempe, AZ. It is a one story 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom condo unit!! This is in a condo complex, allows dogs! Large unit! front and back patio. Newer carpet. Tall ceilings. The kitchen is nice and open. The grounds are clean and well kept up. This is a great place to call home. Please call or text now to see it. Room is NOW AVAILABLE!

Our rental requirements are as follows:
- 650+ credit score (If close then we will approve with a double deposit and a cosigner who qualifies)
- 700+ credit reduced damage deposit.
- 2.5 times gross income above rental amount
- NO felonies
- NO Gross Misdemeanor
- NO Convictions for violent crime
- No UD's, unless due to foreclosure.
- No bankruptcies in the last 7 years. Must be discharged.
- NO dogs. For Pet companion/service animals, general requirements need to be passed.
- Cats - $40 per month extra per cat, must be declawed, sprayed and neutered.
- Positive rental history (i.e.: no evictions, good positive feedback with regards to rental payment.)

Lease is until July 1, 2019.
