This is a camping cabin we put down by the creek. It doesn’t have plumbing or electrical. Very cute 



Old video of the house.  Since this video we’ve stained the outside, did some work but not a lot.  No major remodeling.  The two rooms upstairs are used as storage. No bathroom up there.

Our plan was to build a house and turn this into an office and grooming.  Staff stays overnight in the guest room (has its own entrance from outside) when we are away or out of town.  We have a cottage in Danville we are at 3 nights a week.

We live in the Mayfield Apartments and can't trust our neighbors not to take out deliveries. Also recently the area has become very trashy. We've been here for close 10 years and it's gone down hill even more. "
