A very multicultural neighborhood with Annual events where for the last 50 years has had PlayDay’s Carnival every 2nd Saturday of every year one that my grandchildren now attend. There’s the Chinese New Year celebrations with parades with a very cool feel to the city. There are so many places to eat at and so many different styles of cooking. Monterey Park is a city where our neighbors are family or familiar with one another! ✨"

Mostly condos between Graves and Garvey east of Garfield. About 5-8 minutes to either 10 or 60 fwy. From there its typical Los Angeles traffic. "
