"Fantastic neighborhood with 26 acre park at the streets dead end. There are hiking trails and many neighbors with dogs know each other and bring their dogs to this park. Neighborhood party for kids during Holidays. This is a true gem! Hospitals within 1 mile."
  • Steven-sean Owens
"Nice area. Well kept and safe. Low crime and is becoming more pedestrian friendly. I enjoy living here. "
  • Wrknqp6mdd
"Safe , great parks , friendly neighborhood, very clean , family oriented. Lots of things to do many shopping stores close to mall "
  • Em
"there are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood and parks near by also big dogs and little dogs. there are some rules on dogs and cats. and all the dogs are so cute!!cure!!! The neighborhood is pleasant "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of places to walk your dog, but its just the woods so theres snakes and stuff...maybe trash. but its clean if you live in a nice area. people basically pick up after their dogs but only if you live in a house or nice condo. "
  • Lauren H.
"The neighborhood is quiet and good for walking around. People pick up after their dogs and the dogs are almost always on leashes. If they are not, they are very well trained. There is not much road traffic other than the residents who reside in the neighborhood and people drive slowly so it is safe for the dogs if they get out. "
  • Lexus L.
"safely. molded. kids doesn't play where they should sad. car break in they need to do better over priced place"
  • Doug G.
"Other than the current construction on 285 and GA400 my commute is only 3.9 miles. Once the construction is done, getting around will be very easy. Love this area. "
  • Alex
"Wine Wednesdayโ€™s and taco tuesdays. There are pool parties and sometimes DJs. Local car washes hand by hand sometimes. "
  • O
"I don't have a commute. I'm not sure why this is even a question or better yet an assumption. Many people work from home & or own their own businesses. "
  • Brendabarreto1963
"I love the cleanliness of this area, and the friendly people, and the variety of trees, grass, flowers, that are well groomed. "
  • Val
"Not the easiest commute to downtown or midtown and it will only get worse with the new townhouses high rises that are springing up."
  • H F.
"Maybe not enough grass for them to play. The neighborhood is within the city limits and not too much grassy areas here. But they can go to dog parks in the neighborhood."
  • Luis F.
"Dog owners would like multiple routes to walk your dog. No through traffic. Close to Chastain and other parks. Ask there are several pet supply stores nearby There isnโ€™t a dog park nearby."
  • Luis F.
"We know many of our neighbors. Itโ€™s centrally located to Chastain for sports and entertainment and has no through traffic. The neighborhood hosts get togethers though the year"
  • Luis F.
"Great access to multiple connections (400, 285, PIB, Ptree St) points allowing easy reach to almost all areas around Atlanta."
  • Trisha A.
"Our block has many large trees that make you feel like you live in the suburbs but yet weโ€™re 5 mins from Roswell Rd and many restaurants/services. Itโ€™s the best of both worlds. "
  • brett f.
"Walk with kids to Little Nancy Creek Park to play, walk to MARTA to go to airport, 2 miles to Peremeter Mall, 2 miles to Lenox & Phipps and right at the Glenridge Connector exit off of 400 INSIDE THE PEREMETER! "
  • Larry L.
"I've lived here for over 2 yrs and have always been impressed with the attitude and conduct of everyone associated with the complex. If a person drives, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to individuals or families. However, per the title, if you must use the bus lines, this is not the place for you. Buses do not run between 9am ish-3pm ish, nor on weekends or holidays. On the other end, for those with cars, your access to GA 400, 285, and Roswell Rd are fantastic!! Regards..."
