As the home is fully furnished, clean and disinfected, walk-throughs for the home are for qualified applicants.

Please note there is NO smoking on the property, this include inside and outside the house. The pricing is consider THREE person on the property, additional $300 cost per additional person per month. Utilities included UP TO $200 per month, (electric, water, internet).

PET FEE is $300 is non-refundable, PLUS additional $100 a month in rent. Please note we accept a MAX of 2 dogs, additional pet(s) or other pet types considered on Case-by-Case basis with additional rent and/or fees.
