I'm looking for a young Professional/Student in their late 20s or early/Mid 30s to share a New Luxury 3Beds/4Bath Beautiful Townhouse 2,700 sq ft with.

Unlike many apartment complexes and houses in the LA county area; this luxury townhouse is newly built according to the new Los Angeles Building and Safety Structural and Seismic Codes which makes it a lot safer than most other buildings in the unfortunate case of an Earthquake which is a common and likely to happen in Southern California. Also, the house is free of any hazardous material such as asbestos and mold.

About the Townhouse: New Luxury 3Beds/4Baths Beautiful Mediterranean architecture Townhouse with a marvelous courtyard. The townhouse is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. You'll be sharing the entire townhouse with two young professionals only, so far one person only (just myself) early 30s (Trojan=Went to USC) professional, works full time form 7-6 and potentially another one person only who would be living in the smaller master bedroom. You're getting the big Master Bedroom that comes with its own private full bathroom and balcony. The room gets a lot of natural sunlight and properly ventilated. (See Picture for layout Master Bedroom 1)

Moreover, the monthly rent also includes a professional and highly skilled maid service that will clean your room, restroom and the entire house twice a month, usually every other Wednesday.

There is a $1,000 security deposit. Lease term is very flexible. Minimum stay is 3-Months and can move out anytime upon 90 days notice. $2,700 are due upon move in. Move in date is very flexible; I can accommodate as early as late April.

This is seriously the best deal/location/posting you'll find on craigslist in the Pasadena/Downtown LA area with this low rent and deposit for this luxury master bedroom in new luxury house in the safest neighborhood in Pasadena with your own full bath inside your bedroom with all the amazing amenities, parking, cleaning services, renters insurance and all utilities that are all included. You can simply see that for yourself here on craigslist or anywhere else online. Therefore, I have a list if qualities for those who will be considered as a roommate:
