Unlike many apartment complexes and houses in the LA county area; this luxury townhouse is newly built according to the new Los Angeles Building and Safety Structural and Seismic Codes which makes it a lot safer than most other buildings in the unfortunate case of an Earthquake which is a common and likely to happen in Southern California. Also, the house is free of any hazardous material such as asbestos and mold.
About the Townhouse: New Luxury 3Beds/4Baths Beautiful Mediterranean architecture Townhouse with a marvelous courtyard. The townhouse is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. You'll be sharing the entire townhouse with two young professionals only, so far one person only (just myself) early 30s (Trojan=Went to USC) professional, works full time form 7-6 and potentially another one person only who would be living in the smaller master bedroom. You're getting the big Master Bedroom that comes with its own private full bathroom and balcony. The room gets a lot of natural sunlight and properly ventilated.
