Great location with recently upgraded flooring and nice outdoor patio space, nice fenced yard. Great Redlands schools. Huge family room. Lots of off-street parking.

Dog permitted but please no cats (owner allergic). Additional damage deposit will apply for tenant with dog ($800). Utilities, garbage and water paid by tenant. One year lease minimum. Tenant responsible for landscaping upkeep. Prospective tenant must document income/means and have very good credit rating, references and no evictions.
