"I don't have a dog, but there is a dog park here. From where I live it's right across the street. It's a pet friendly neighborhood."
  • S8wrb2qd85
"There are a lot of other dogs in the neighborhoods, some off leashes, some in yards. It can make it difficult to walk for young puppies who get sidetracked easily, but for the most part all late friendly. "
  • Dnjandres
"It’s safe to live and a lot of families. Great schools , community oriented. Close to shopping centers "
  • Kaulana L.
"Lived here all my life and it doesn’t beat any other place on the island. Good weather, food places and people. "
  • Raquel R.
"There’s some town events at the local high school or at the recreation center that often have booths with foods "
  • Kanaboyee
"There are many great places to live at but as of what I seen from living here for 6 years now is that it's hard to maintain a decent place cause it's getting more expensive everywhere as for as here"
  • Kalamacolburn
"We don’t have community event, I don’t think or I have never found out about any. May be if we had some this neighborhood wouldn’t be so bad. "
  • Kristina B.
"It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with a good mix of people. It is also nice and cold during the winter "
  • Alicia A.
"This place is not a good environment.....Espectially for raising a family! Too close to a major thouroughfare and high crime area....."
  • Jeffrey T.
"Morning traffic in to town sucks and afternoon traffic back from town also sucks. If you are going the opposite way during those times then it should be fine."
  • Hattie_reis
"Wahiawa is a wonderful place to live. It is a small town with a small town feeling to it. A perfect place to raise a family. "
  • Mekynzie L. P.
"military housing. don’t really know what else to say. nice houses but not a neighbor friendly area. "
  • William M.
"once a month food trucks gather at the local high school. youth sports leagues at the neighborhood park, to include baseball, football, and softball. "
  • Roosterdefuego
"The nicer part of the armpit of Oahu. Unfortunately the actual town has lot of bums and is just nasty. Outside of my little neighborhood people are generally rude. The weather is pretty much rainy all the time. We call it castle Greyskull for a reason"
  • Luci A. B.
"I live in a quiet area of Wahiawa. The neighbors are mindful when they have parties; though it is a weekend, they manage to quiet down by a decent time. I love it here because most of the neighbors are friendly and easy to talk to. Basically, my neighborhood is quiet. Even the children around here are in their homes before the sun sets."
  • Tychristensen5115
"Military location not much to worry about it’s well maintained we have privates on extra duty for a reason "
  • Taetuli S.
"I work by there. And it is very close to my house and I like to live by there"
  • locoboy2
