Current tenants have been living in the apartment for 5 years and are moving out mid-December as they recently purchased a home. Available as a 17 or 17.5 month lease from 12/15/2018 or 1/1/2019 to 5/31/2020 at the following rates (also available as a 5/5.5 month sublet through 5/31/2019 if desired):

Easy access to the airport and the train is just a couple of stops from Faneuil Hall and downtown. The water taxi is easily accessible and lots new construction is turning this East Boston village into a new hotspot for living, dining and entertainment "
