"Not sure honestly I’ve never participated in any but I’ve seen things happening in Jefferson Park like concerts and coordinated events. "
  • Trulia User
"Fun area but can be randomly sketchy. But overall a safe neighborhood for being so close to downtown. There are parks, but most often the parks are used by couples to take there dogs too rather then for children to meet friends. "
  • Ryan Z.
"This neighborhood is very up and coming! It’s wonderful being so close to Sloan’s lake and Jefferson park. There’s also tons of restaurants, bars and breweries near by ."
  • Kristenlopez7

  • Annacbrady
"Young nice neighborhood. Friendly but not too in your business. feels pretty safe most of the time and there is good food near by."

"Close to downtown with a quiet neighborhood vibe. It’s safe to call home, has bars and restaurants, as well as open park space to relax and run the dog. It’s the perfect balance of vibrant activity and slower pace."
  • Trulia User
"My wife and I love this neighborhood primarily because of the access to highways. Route 25, 70 and 6th are all within minutes"
