"This is not a good community to live in dirty and unsafe area. People do not clean up after their pets and there is trash everywhere. The community has a lot of crime inside and also the surrounding area. "
  • Trulia User
"The neighborhood is nice and close to everything! Close to shopping and the interstate. Only 15 minutes from the airport "
  • Trulia User
"Neighborhood is pretty quiet. During holidays traffic can be pretty bad. It has many shopping areas such as the Mall of Millenia, Target, Costco, BJ’s and many restaurants."
  • Brieromie
"it is a really safe area with the gates but could use a little bit of work. really convenient restaurant and shop all in the gate of the community. "
  • Evan N. S.
"I’ve been here a year and the only reason why I’m leaving is because I’m moving out of state. Quiet place great apartments. Only downside is the walls are a little thin."
  • Kayla
"Great area for dogs as there are plenty of paths. No dog runs or parks nearby for them though. I do see plenty of friendly dog owners here."
  • Bianca M.
"It’s quiet, close to many great amenities. Would like to see more kids in the neighborhood. Neighbors are nice."
  • Jumpgurl4
"The local bar has good food and poker night. They also host community events for holidays Also the pools bring people together."
  • Benny B.
"small / big doggy park, plenty of places to walk the dogs with grass and trails. plenty of space to let the fur babies run around. "
  • Bianca M.
"Quiet area close to mall, supermarket, school. Armed entrance. Privacy. Many swimming options. 24/7 patrol. Mini cafe and corner store that’s convenient "
  • Tluvherself F. P.
"what makes my neighborhood unique it has its own community store and bar and grill with several pools"
  • Kulture K.
"I've lived here for 2 years and it's very close to shops, restaurants and the mall all within walking distance"
  • Mkspga
"This is a terrible neighborhood and part of town. I wouldn’t recommend moving here to anyone. When you come here to visit the place during the day it seems like a decent place. Looks can be deceiving "
  • Daniel H.
"I’ve lived here over a year. The best part about the complex are definitely the Maitenance guys. They are put to help you with anything you need even though they are backed up on requests. Worst part is everyone throws their trash everywhere. Also a lot of abandoned cars throughout the parking lot which leaves little spaces for us. "
  • Unspecified
"great place to live there are at least five pools in the area it feels safe... I've lived here for the past 6 years... good place to live"
