"We have lived in this neighborhood for 35 years. Safe, quiet and convenient to shopping, medical care, church and the river park. Less than 30 minutes to Hot Springs, Benton and Arkadelphia. Lots of residents walk in the cemetery across the street. Neighbors are friendly and helpful."

"malvern was a really nice town and could be again if folks stood together. Right there a lot of drugs that have taken over. Good folk need to take back the town and bring back commerce as well."

"I’m around the schools restaurant an basically in the middle of everything since it a small town the streets aren’t very good or safe here to walk down your gonna run into some drug users an they are always walking through your yard to get to somewhere else so no privacy "

"It is a small town. Everyone knows everyone and is a very friendly town. People help each other. Has many churches and God-fearing people here. Like any town, there is areas where people do drugs, but have many Christians praying for this community and for revival to come to our town. I have lived in town for over 30 years here."
