Our 2 BR 1.5 BA row house will be available for rent beginning August 1st or slightly before. There is a small yard in front and a fenced yard with a detached garage in back. Hardwood floors throughout and new appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. There are several custom built-ins on both levels of the house to help maximize storage. Half bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs, as well as a full house water filtration system. Rent is 2,700 per month. Our current tenants of 2 years are buying locally and have been very happy there. We live abroad and are looking for a long-term (one year or more) lease. Thank you!

This means if you are commuting from Downtown DC is easy, you can jump on any Blue/Orange/Silver train headed East. If you live further out then you need to wait to get on the right blue, silver or orange train and getting home could possibly take much, much longer."
