We opened up the walls and built a wrap around bar with stools around the kitchen. The kitchen also has a double oven, new fridge, new dishwasher, and extra large stainless basin kitchen sink. This all makes it a wonderful space for hosting and prepping meals while visiting with friends or watching the kids. Everyone loves hanging out here!
The dining room has a large glass sliding door which flows out onto relaxing, woodsy-vibes backyard deck space with lots of room for seating, dining, and a fire pit (hot tub seen in pictures is not included—we took it haha). Friends loved hanging out back here in the evening under the lights in the trees.
Another huge positive is a small yard, very quick and easy to mow, but you have no shortage of "yard" if you walk directly across the street (court, actually, with tons of parking!) into the multi-acre shared common space. This space has acres of open grass, trees, a creek, a small kid's playground and a large pavilion with picnic tables. You own all this but don't have to mow it! #winning
