It is not walkable to many major attractions (besides a horseriding ranch across the road and a couple yummy taco/bbq food trucks!), and it is not in the hippest part of town, but it is within short driving distance to various Austin destinations.
Ideal tenant:
Seeking nonsmoking/no heavy alcohol or drugs, no drama, clean, reliable, preferably female tenant who will care for my place like their home and be a friendly neighbor. Best suited for someone without furniture or a lot of stuff. Must be able to show some proof of income/employment, ID. Credit/background check may apply.
I am the owner/landlord, am friendly, responsive, and seek to build good relationships with tenants. This casita has operated as an Airbnb with nearly all 5 star reviews. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN STR/RENTAL ARBITRAGE.
-Available as soon as 6/21/25 (move-in date very flexible), 6 month minimum lease preferred, may be extended if it is a good fit
-Utilities at flat rate of additional $150/mo- includes fast wifi, water, electricity, pool maintenance, landscaping, pest control, TV with free Netflix/HBO max, furnishings, linens if needed, cookware, etc.
-$750 refundable security deposit
-$75 cleaning fee for move-out, additional monthly cleaning available if desired
-Single tenant only, professional female tenant preferred
-No smoking, no pets allowed
