"I have lived here for 30 years. Every 3 to 4 years there is an increase of crime (people having their homes and cars broken into or stolen items from their property) not the best neighborhood, people are loud, don’t pick up their dog’s poop when they walk them and you can constantly see drug deals in broad daylight and throughout the night. You can hear gunshots at least 3 times a week. "
  • Trulia User
"people drive down this road like they think they're Speed Racer. with the road being narrow it makes it occasionally dangerous to walk on the road, and there are no sidewalks. "
  • Tammy G.
"I’ve only lived in the area for one year but love it and feel perfectly safe. The bus route is minutes away, as is a meat market, corner stores, gas, and more"
  • Melissa E.
"We have two young children and love our neighbors. There is a small community of older folk and young families, and it's a beautiful mix of both. "
  • Melissa E.
"The school ratings may be lower but the teachers and staff make the students the priority. Many children play outdoor and there are several families in the community. Everyone seems to look out for one another while also respecting space."
  • Melissa E.
"Quaint homes with amazing neighbors. We love being a short ride away from all of Jacksonville's activities."
  • Byron t. S.
"I been for a few years , i like it for the most part , just regular middle class neighborhood......."
