"I lived in this area for a little over 3 years. The area was mostly quiet, although gunshots and fights would break out occasionally at various apartment complexes in the area. We liked being close to the greenway and the dog park, but college kids don't keep their dogs on leashes and it resulted in my dog and I being attacked several times (she was unharmed each time luckily). This area is a low-cost living area to get your foot in the door until you can get something better. Dog owners be wary of apartments close by and college-aged kids with dogs. "

"It’s quiet and great for college students & single families. No one bothered you & there hasn’t been any theft since i moved here."

"A local church has a neighborhood party each year. Other than that, we need more activities and events to bring us togther. "

"Parks in walking distance on a safe off road trail, the Greenway. quiet neighborhood, children are always playing outside. people working out, walking, running, I love this neighborhood!"
  • Williamsra11
"College kids drive too fast and don’t keep dogs on leashes. They also don’t pick up after their dogs. The dog park is a block away but it’s unkempt. "
  • jackjettye
"This is a wonderful neighborhood with an extensive Greenway across the street. We walk everywhere including school, church, restaurants, festivals, concerts, and the library. The FROGGS organization work tirelessly to make this area walking friendly and beautiful! Sometimes I think gnomes might peak out from behind one of the old trees lining the path as I take my puppy for a stroll. "
