We are looking for quiet, responsible tenant(s) or a married couple to occupy a nice and very private duplex located at a dead end street. The next door tenants are professional people and are very quiet.
It is a 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 car garage. (Most 2 bedroom duplex has only 1 bath). It is completely remodeled with new tiles, new carpet and new paint. The present tenants are taking care of the place well.
It has an efficient and large 3 Tons AC which helps cooling the place very quickly (Most duplex has only 2 Ton). The unit comes with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, waste disposal.
It has new Hardie siding and exterior paint which is done a few month ago. It has nice fenced and shaded back yard.
It is convenient commute to ACC (2 miles) with major Hi Tech Employers (IBM, Qualcomm, Dell, GM, Apple, Ebay etc...), shopping (The Domain, Arboretum, Fry, Wallmard, Target). It is next to many communication hubs with very easy access to Mopac, 360, Parmer, 183, I35.

For roommates, the lease is little bit extra. The deposit could be higher depending on the below average rental history, credit history, job history, income ratio below 3.X. The standard deposit for each dog is $400. Cat depoist is $500. You should be ready financially to put the 1st month, house and pet deposit in cash when signing the lease.
