Description

Hi! A great bedroom in a pet friendly townhouse is available for rent in the Sunrise Ridge HOA neighborhood in Martinez. This home is located just off the 680 and 4 freeways (5 minutes to Lucky Supermarket and Walmart in Martinez, 7 minutes to the Target in Pleasant Hill). The HOA includes access to a nice pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood is very friendly and has lots of trees/green spaces.

The available bedroom has hardwood floor and a sliding door (with a doggie door) that leads directly to the backyard. There is a spacious closet. The shared full bathroom and laundry room are directly outside the bedroom. There is a separate storage closet and additional storage available in the garage. The shared space has high ceilings and is fully furnished as is the kitchen which has all mayor appliances at your disposal.

The available bedroom is perfect for a single occupant and has a good sized closet with plenty of sun light. This bedroom is on the ground floor with an adjacent shared full bathroom and there is an additional half bathroom/guest bathroom.

The property is nestled on a cul-de-sac in a forest-like setting, the property is very safe and quiet with little to no vehicle traffic. The bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse that includes full access to a spacious family room, dinning room and kitchen with high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is a large backyard ideal for social gatherings and barbecuing. There is also a balcony off the second floor living room that is great to access for enjoying your morning coffee. Some storage space is available and you will have use of the washer and dryer as well, so no laundromat runs!

There is a sublease contract to sign. The monthly rent is $1300 plus utilities. Monthly utilities are split evenly according to the number of tenants, the split can range anywhere from around +
100 to +
200 per person, depending on energy and water consumption and the time of the year. The rental safety deposit is $1300, and may be negotiable to help the right candidate comfortably afford to move in. If you have a pup, there is an additional pet deposit.

I am looking for the right fit person who will fit in and have access to this wonderful home space! I'm looking for someone who is respectful, trustworthy, considerate and values good communication and a toxic-free environment. Ideally you will only have your bedroom furniture as the rest of the house is fully furnished, including the kitchen, so the less you have the better! I am more than willing to share my furniture and kitchen stuff as long as you take good care of things by keeping them clean and tidy :)

Please be mindful that this offering is for only a bedroom in a house, not the whole property. I hope to hear from you soon!
